Located in Fiordland National Park and Tuatapere area in the Fiordland region, the South Coast Track is an exciting adventure of varying difficulty with amazing scenery. The area truly stirs your soul and despite the hardships anyone who takes on this amazing adventure will come away completely inspired and re‑energised. Most people take about 6 to 7 days to walk the 85 km, plus a bit of extra time to enjoy the beaches. Hiking the South Coast track with Tasmanian Expeditions was one of the best experiences of my life.There were multiple highlights: the beauty of the Ironbounds; the camaraderie of the whole group; and the gentle isolation from the rest of the world, but it was the whole experience led by Paul, Will and Vincent that fills me with a happy glow.
