Re: German Kubelwagen VS American Jeep Post by sebastian » Tue Jan 22, 2013 9:59 am i think the willys jeep,i had the chance to sit in one(was a korea-vet),but it was pretty awesome,good acceleration and a good simple 4x4,i never was in a kubelwagen,but i didi drive a beetle so as far as i can tell for me its the willys The Europa Jeep was never put into production, and as delays mounted in the 1960s, the West German government approached Volkswagen to produce a temporary vehicle until the Europa Jeep was ready.
