To top things off, it's not even easy to take on or off. Actually, the Mad Rock M5 is a nice complement to this shoe as I think that it is a better edging shoe and a bit more comfortable if you size properly. Unfortunately, the Mad Rock Shark 2.0 did little to distinguish itself from the field of shoes we tested. Our testers found it to be a soft shoe that somehow manages to also feel insensitive. We value high performance, quality climbing shoes, and gear. It’s a technical shoe at a very reasonable price.
