It was to have the Red Dwarf crew arrive back at Earth only for the ship to accidentally destroy the world's major landmarks. Summary: An escape pod docks with the Dwarf and is carrying the only survivor of a ship which was attacked by a genetically-engineered corrosive lifeform. Kryten's nanobots have recreated the ship Red Dwarf and the original crew as well, which is an especially good thing for Arnold Rimmer.
